自2014年加入公司以来，詹姆斯总监负责主持公司市场营销的全面工作。詹姆斯先生在澳洲地产行业内有超过16年的工作经验，参与主导过多个大型住宅项目的市场策划及销售工作。
在2003年移居悉尼之前,詹姆斯总监曾在英国多家著名房地产公司担任要职。移居悉尼后，詹姆斯总监在Cramer Property and CBRE 住宅项目部工作,曾参与过悉尼本地多处闻名的住宅项目开发的市场策划及销售工作，其中以The Hyde in Sydney CBD; Metro in Chatswood and Macquarie Central in Macquarie Park为代表。
詹姆斯总监拥有英国纽卡斯尔大学市场营销学荣誉硕士学位及英国伦敦城市大学卡斯商学院物业评估和法律硕士学位。詹姆斯总监是英国皇家特许测量师协会的注册成员。
